What we collect
- Your quiz answers: what you sell, your role, monthly revenue and Meta ad spend bands, who makes your ads, how many you launch, and what is hardest. Every time you take the quiz, the answers are kept.
- Your email and brand website.
- Your weekly email choice: yes or no, the exact words you tapped, the version of that screen, and when.
- What you do in the library: logins, searches, hooks you open, copy or save, filters, and payment steps. We use it to run and improve the library and to see which hooks get used.
- Orders: plan, amount, status and the payment reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- Device basics: for each login, your browser's name and version, and your country, which Cloudflare works out from your connection. Your IP address is kept only in anti-abuse counters, which are deleted within about a day.
Cookies and storage
One cookie keeps you logged in. Your browser also keeps your quiz progress, your saved hooks and your "show sensitive hooks" choice; those stay on your device. Neither the library nor its landing page runs advertising or analytics trackers today. If that changes, this page says so first.
Why we use it
- To create your account, log you in, open the plan you paid for and handle refunds.
- To send the emails you asked for: login links and messages about your account always; the weekly email only if you said yes. Every weekly email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- If your answers put your brand past a set monthly revenue or Meta ad spend, and you run the brand or its marketing, someone on our team studies your brand's public ads and sends you a complete audit of your live ads within 2 working days. We may follow up about our services; tell us to stop and we stop.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the app and its database.
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Google Workspace holds the replies you send to hello@shaanks.com.
- Slack and Supabase run our internal team alerts and task board. When you qualify for an audit or place an order, your email, website, quiz answers and order go there so the right person acts on it.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your account data while your account exists. Email hello@shaanks.com to see, correct or delete it, or to withdraw a consent; we keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. The library is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
